"I started working for sleddog sport in 1991 in Poland, where I was coorganizer of the first sleddog race in Poland. The first time I was elected on IFSS Council was I think in 1997. Up to the last year I was working as a Council member, Director of Eastern Europe, Membership Comittee Chair, ect. I was a judge during ESDRA (European Sleddog Racing Association) championship on snow and Dryland World Championship in Germany and in Poland, and of course I was a judge, Race Marshal and organizer of a lot of races in Poland. I'm IFSS licenced Race Marshal and ESDRA judge.
I was a handler on Pirena race, World Championship in sprint and mid-distance. I was also in Alaska - Fairbanks - during Open American Sprint Championships. I had a pleasure to start with Rob Downey in sprint race near Fairbanks. I also met there George Attla.
In Poland we organize more then 30 sport camps for juniors and elders. We also organize the training for sleddog sport trainers and coaches, accepted by Ministry of Sport.
I warmly invate all mushers from Estonia and other countries to participate in this wonderful experience - sleddog race. It's a great adventure and regardless of the final place - you will get the best place."

-Izabella Szmurlo- (Race Marshal)
