I apologize for an outage that will probably take longer. Preparing for GDPR for a private leisure-time project is in itself problematic because it involves consulting with lawyers, which is costly. Unfortunately, the Czech Republic still doesn't have an implementation act, that would deal with the processing and handling of basic personal data as name and surname of e.g. judge / breeder, which is well known and freely available. In the opinion of the lawyers, we have consulted with, is the database processing of iSmecka level, already above the general news licence, which handling allows due to the interest of allowing access to information. The portal is currently disabled and inaccessible. I'm working on the version that information about the dog and any person will be separate and it will be possible to work, for example, with the breeder's record even without giving a specific name with the option of entering this name with the aggrnpm eement to processing.
